Our customer services representatives may contact clients via phone, snail-mail or e-mail if we have questions regarding their orders. The client has to send us an e-mail to request the cancellation of subscriptions. Once received by us, the client will no longer receive e-mail communications relating to any online order they might have placed on our web site.
